The prompt
Create a shot list for a 30-second product demo video.
Product: {{product}}
The one thing viewers should remember: {{key_benefit}}
Where I can film: {{setting}}
Give me a numbered list of six to eight shots. For each: duration, framing (wide, medium, close), what happens, and any on-screen text.
Rules:
- The first shot shows the product in use, not a logo.
- The key benefit must be shown, not only said.
- Include one close-up of a detail.
- Total duration adds up to 30 seconds. Show the sum.
- Phone camera, natural light, no special gear.
- End with a list of props to gather and the order to film in so I move the camera as little as possible.Example

{{product}}
Fieldmouse Fold Bowl - a silicone collapsible dog water bowl. It holds 24 oz, folds flat to about 1 inch thick, has a carabiner clip, and is dishwasher safe.
{{key_benefit}}
It folds flat enough to fit in a jacket pocket.
{{setting}}
My front porch and the kitchen counter in my house. It's just me and my dog Biscuit, daylight from the porch and the kitchen window. I'll prop my phone on books.
Output
**Shot list: 30-second demo of the Fieldmouse Fold Bowl**
1. **4 sec | Medium | Porch step.** Biscuit drinks from the open bowl, which is full of water and sitting on the step. Your hand rests on the rim. Text: "Water, anywhere"
2. **3 sec | Close | Porch step.** Close-up of the bowl's ribbed fold lines and the carabiner clip, with a drop of water running down the side. Text: "Silicone. Dishwasher safe."
3. **4 sec | Medium | Porch step.** Your hands tip out the water, then press the bowl flat in one motion until it is a disc. Text: "Press flat"
4. **5 sec | Medium | Porch.** You are wearing a jacket. You slide the folded bowl into the jacket pocket, zip it and pat the pocket. The pocket stays flat. Text: "Fits in your pocket"
5. **4 sec | Wide | Porch and front walk.** Static camera. You and Biscuit walk down the steps and out of frame with the bowl in your pocket. No text.
6. **6 sec | Medium | Kitchen counter.** Back inside, you unzip the pocket and pull out the bowl. It springs open on the counter and you fill it from a water bottle. Text: "Open in one second"
7. **4 sec | Close | Kitchen counter.** The folded bowl sits flat next to your phone to show how thin it is. Text: "Fieldmouse Fold Bowl"
**Total: 4 + 3 + 4 + 5 + 4 + 6 + 4 = 30 seconds.**
**Props to gather**
- The Fieldmouse Fold Bowl, clean
- A jacket with a zip pocket
- Biscuit, plus a few treats to keep him in frame
- A bowl or water bottle with enough water to fill the bowl twice
- A towel for spills
- Your phone for the end-shot comparison (a second phone is not needed; it just sits in frame)
- A stack of books or a ledge to prop the filming phone
**Order to film (least camera movement)**
Porch first, then kitchen.
1. Shot 5 (wide), from the far end of the porch. Do it first, so Biscuit comes back thirsty.
2. Shots 1, 3 and 4 (medium), all from one spot a few steps closer, without moving the camera between them.
3. Shot 2 (close), moving the camera in on the step.
4. Move inside to the kitchen counter. Shot 6 (medium).
5. Shot 7 (close), moving the camera in on the counter.
Then assemble in order 1 to 7 when you edit.
