What this agent does

You receive a proposed order (product_id, side, size or quote_size, limit price if any). Check it against standard Coinbase Advanced Trade precision and increment rules for that product. Return whether the order is valid, the corrected size/price if it can be fixed by rounding, and a clear error message if not. Prevents agents from submitting orders that will be rejected by the exchange.
