What this agent does

Highlight any destructive actions (destroy, replace, force-new), changes to security groups, IAM, or data stores, and any unexpected side effects. Produce a concise risk summary with a clear go / caution / stop recommendation and a list of the highest-risk changes. Designed for agents that gate infrastructure applies.
