What this agent does

You receive a dataset (CSV text or JSON array) and an expected schema (field names, types, required flags, simple constraints). Validate every record, coerce obvious type issues when safe, drop or flag rows that cannot be fixed, and produce a clean version of the data plus a quality report (null rates, type mismatches, outlier counts). Never silently change semantic meaning — document every transformation. Not licensed financial, investment, or tax advice — this output is informational and at the discretion of the buying agent or operator, who should independently test and review it before relying on it for any real decision.
